• Web Filter Web Security Suite – All of the features of Enterprise, plus IM attachment management, Real Time Security Updates, ThreatWatcher, SiteWatcher, and BrandWatcher. Includes Security Filtering at no extra cost.

Email Security – Hosted on Websense’s Remote Servers

• Hosted Email Antispam – Using a combination of techniques including digital fingerprints, heuristics, lexical analysis, Bayesian filtering, and optical content recognition, the Websense Hosted Antispam module attributes a spam score to the message and takes action accordingly depending on configuration. Websense also includes a comprehensive interface to allow end users to manage their own email quarantines and customize their own blacklists and whitelists.
• Hosted Email Antivirus – Before email reaches your network, Websense datacenters process each message through commercial antivirus engines, and Websense ThreatSeeker™ technology takes a hash of the email. If a hash signature pattern is detected, ThreatSeeker technology examines the message to verify whether it is a threat. Zero-hour protection this fast is possible through a hosted global delivery network that protects you hours or days in advance of traditional antivirus technology.
• Hosted Email Content Filter – Comprehensive and configurable lexical dictionaries and policies help you comply with federal regulations such as HIPAA and SOX, as well as global privacy standards. Websense Hosted Content Filter provides additional blocking and masking granularity for a finely-tuned email security policy.
• Hosted Email Encryption – Websense Hosted Encryption provides TLS encryption between businesses and park-andpull encryption between individuals. Encryption can be based on policy, group, user, or can be triggered specifically by the user. Websense Hosted Encryption is a cost-effective alternative to client-based encryption solutions, which can be difficult to deploy and maintain. With nothing required on-premise or at the endpoint, it ensures the security of email communications based on your custom policies.

Content Protection Suite

• Formerly Port Authority, the Content Protection Suite provides comprehensive data leak prevention.
• Data Discover – Identifies where data resides on the network and where it is being sent.
• Data Monitor – Passively analyzes and reports on data traffic for compliance.
• Data Protect – Interrupts disallowed data transmission. Optionally offers remediation or administrator approval.
• Data Security Appliances – With the purchase of Websense Data Discover, Websense Data Monitor, and Websense Data Protect, Protector and Manager are required. Protector and Manager are available on an appliance platform or as software to be run on Microsoft Windows Server. Protector and Manager software is included in the subscription of Data Discover, Data Monitor, and Data Protect.

Endpoint Security

• Client Policy Manager – A centrally-managed endpoint security solution that prevents the installation and execution of unauthorized applications and enforces application use policies with its comprehensive database of categorized applications, which is updated daily.
